Welcome to Rusty Hole!
...a previously unimportant corner of the Underhive where scum, villainy and worse gather to trade, gamble, drink and generally live out their short, meager existences in filth and squalor. Until recently, gang activity in Rusty hole was all but non-existent. It was only until tunneling work connected Rusty Hole with another major tunnel connecting Hive Primus with one of the other Hives in the cluster that the population increased rapidly. Rusty Hole can now sit at the same table as Settlements such as Irontree and Sumptown in terms of population. Its sudden swell in size and strategic importance has piqued the interest of Hive Primus' House Gangs and soon enough, Rusty Hole found itself embroiled in bitter Gang fighting. Turf War had come to The Hole...
SUMMARY OF THE DOMINION CAMPAIGN
The Dominion campaign (i.e. Monopoly but with less buying hotels and more shooting up Narco Dens) is split in to 3 stages.
1. Occupation phase - Games are played for control of neutral territories. Territories give Gangs boons and some special territories grant enhanced boons to certain gangs. This phase lasts a set amount of time or until all territories are claimed.
2. Downtime – Lasts one week. Gangers recover, captives are returned and players get 250c to spend on new recruits.
3. Takeover Phase – Players challenge each other for control of occupied territories. Players must decide when issuing and accepting challenges which option to follow and which Territory is at stake. This allows gangs to take Territory from their rivals by force as well as grabbing any as yet unclaimed Territory. As in the Occupation phase, players may fight as many battles as they wish in the time available.
MISSIONS
There's a special mission table for the dominion campaign. The 3 main missions played will be Saboutage (blow up the other gang’s stash, sneaky sneaky, buy gunshrouds!), Standoff (Standard pew pew) and Border Dispute (start up close and personal, very blasty). There is also a small chance (roll of 2-3 or 11-12) that a player picks ANY of the missions in the books)
GAINING INCOME
This works a bit differently in Dominion. After each battle, you gain creds that any of your territories give you (you don’t have to send a leader or champ to work them as a post-battle action). The Settlement territory you start with gives you D6x10 so it’s a steady source of income. The only post-battle actions to take are - Visit trading post, medical escort and sell (captives) to Guilders.

Instead of one overall winner there are 5 triumphs to be won.
Dominator – The Gang with the most territories
Slaughterer – The Gang that took the most enemies out of action
Creditor – Largest wealth (GR plus value of stash)
Warmonger – Most battles fought
Powerbroker – Highest Rep
FOUNDING GANGS
Each players starts with 1000 credits to spend. Fighters from The Voiceless Paths Turf War can be hired for the full value on their card and will be available for re-hire throughout the Rusty Hole Turf War. Any unspent creds from this stage are added to your stash.
